OGB How to Swap Customer Profiles

Did mom use her name when reserving an activity for her child? 


Or, maybe you want to give your spot to a friend!?


Here are directions how you can swap profiles out of the activity & and add the correct profile in instead. The concept of this process is to transfer credits from one account to another!

Transferring Credits

Step 1: Child Profile

// First and foremost, make sure the Child has a profile created in the system.

  • If they already have a profile, you are good to go!

Step 2: Swap Profiles

// From the Venue, you will need to have access to transferring points from profile to profile. 

  1. Remove the Parent from the activity on the Venue.
    • By doing this, the credit(s) will go back to the parent's account
  2. Assign the child into the activity
    • If there are other reservations in the activity, Select NO when it asks if this person has a reservation.
  3. When the system prompts you that this person does not have enough points, select the Transfer Credits option.
  4. Select the 'In Queue' filter on the right side.
  5. Select Parent's name from list, click Ok
  6. You should now see the correct profile in the activity queue
  • Repeat steps as need!

No Credits Required

Step 1: Child Profile

// First and foremost, make sure the Child has a profile created in the system.

  • If they already have a profile, you are good to go!

Step 2: Swap Profiles

// From the Venue:

  1. Remove the Parent from the activity on the Venue.
  2. Assign the child into the activity
    • If there are other reservations in the activity, Select NO when it asks if this person has a reservation.
  3. You should now see the correct profile in the activity queue
  • Repeat steps as need!
