Create a step-by-step guide
- Step 1: Navigate to services.msc
- Step 2: Restart Printer Spooler
- Step 3: Clear Out the Printer Spool Filepath Location
Step 1: Windows Key + R
- Use the Windows Key + R
- Type "Services.msc" without quotes
Step 2: Stop the Service: Printer Spooler
- Stop this service
Step 3: Clear out the Printer Spool filepath
// Clear out these items to reset the print queue
- Delete the files in the following filepath:
/windows/system32/spool/PRINTERS
Step 4: Start the Service Printer Spooler:
Start the service and have the customer test print the membership cards.
