Create a step-by-step guide

Step 1: Windows Key + R

  • Use the Windows Key + R
  • Type "Services.msc" without quotes

Step 2: Stop the Service: Printer Spooler

  • Stop this service

Step 3: Clear out the Printer Spool filepath

// Clear out these items to reset the print queue

  • Delete the files in the following filepath:
        /windows/system32/spool/PRINTERS 


Step 4: Start the Service Printer Spooler:

    Start the service and have the customer test print the membership cards.
