This email will automatically be sent to all customers that have just registered at your facility, as long as they have entered an email address and have opted in to receive emails from you.
You will want to edit this template to fit your branding, or you can turn it off.
Where can I edit the Welcome Mail template?
In the /sp_admin > Setting > Advanced Settings -Click Choose to Open
In the second drop down, select Welcome Mail Template - Click to Choose to Open
Use the tags on the left to customize each email. The system will automatically pull this information from the customer's profile and display it in the email.

##FIRSTNAME## = First Name
##LASTNAME## = Last Name
##RACERNAME## = Racer Name
##EMAIL## = Email Address
