Quickly see all bookings and time slots in multiple modes and durations on the team calendar.
To view all modes and durations for the calendar, select "Calendar" and then "Calendar" again from the main navigation.
Understanding all calendar modes
There are a total of three modes available for the team calendar which are:
- Calendar mode (showing all time slots with all open times)
- Agenda mode (a 'Kanban' view of time slots only with no open times)
- List mode (a list view of all time slots only with no open times)
To change the calendar mode, on the calendar, select the "Modes/Durations" button in the top left-hand corner.
Understanding all calendar durations
For all calendar modes, multiple durations are available such as:
- Monthly duration (traditional monthly calendar with all items and resources)
- Weekly duration (view individual items and resources for seven days)
- Daily duration (view all items and resources for a single day)
To change the calendar duration, on the calendar, select the "Modes/Durations" button in the top left-hand corner.
