Resova - Sending team members a password reset email
If team members have forgotten their passwords, they can reset their password by email from the login page.
To resend password reset emails manually, select "Settings" and then "General Settings" from the main navigation.
Select "Team" in the settings menu on the left and click the blue plus icon to the right.
From the “Team” page, select the gear icon in the grid or list item of the team member you wish to send the password email to. In the dropdown menu, select "Send Password Reset Email".
An email will be sent to the user, with instructions on how to reset their password. Please ask team members to check their junk folders if they cannot find the email in their inbox.
