Resova - How Resources work

Assigning Resources to multiple Items can help control the availability of Resources when certain Items are booked.

What are Resources?

Resources can be any type of resource that could be used for multiple Items. For example, if you have two escape room experiences that use the same interchangeable room, that room can be an Resources. Another example would be a VR headset that can be used for different experiences.

How do Resources work?

If multiple Items are assigned to the same Resources, when one of those Items gets booked, the remaining Items assigned will become unavailable, thus closing off bookings for the remaining Items. This helps prevent overbookings of Items that use the same asset.
