Gift voucher codes can be created manually without the need to take payment from customers. View our article on purchasing gift vouchers from the calendar if you wish to take payment for gift vouchers from customers.
To manually create gift vouchers without payment, select "Inventory" and then "Gift Vouchers" from the main navigation.
Select the blue plus icon to the right, then select an existing gift voucher type from the dropdown and enter a unique code for the gift voucher.
Note: Voucher codes cannot have spaces and are not case sensitive.
