Creating and deleting Resources

Here's how to access the Assets dashboard.

  1. Head to 'Inventory'
  2. Then 'Resources'

Creating Resources

  1. To create a Resource, select the blue plus icon to the right.
  2. Enter a unique title.
  3. When creating Resources there are required parameters that must be set.
    See Managing and Updating Resources for details on Resources settings.
    • Allocation
    • Quantity
    • Count
    • Assigned Items
  4. Click 'Create' when you're finished

Duplicating Resources

To duplicate Resources, click the 'Duplicate' icon on the right side of the Resources.

  1. You can also duplicate multiple Resources by selecting each of their checkboxes on the left side.
  2. Then click the 'Duplicate Selected Assets' icon at the bottom of the screen.

Deleting Resources

To delete a Resource, click the 'Delete' icon on the right side of the Resource.

  1. You can also delete multiple Resources by selecting each of their checkboxes on the left side.
  2. Then click the 'Delete Selected Assets' icon at the bottom of the screen.
