Resova - Creating, Activating and Deleting Extras

Creating an Extra

1. On the left side menu, click on 'Inventory', then 'Extras'
2. On the Extras page click on the blue '+ Create Extra'
3. Enter a 'Title' and a 'Description' for the Extra
4. Click on the 'Feature Image' box to upload an image for the Extra
5. Click on 'Create extra' to save

Changing the status of an Extra

1. On the left side menu, click on 'Inventory', then 'Extras'
2. On the right side of the desired Extra, click on the 'Status icon'
3. Choose between 'Active' or 'Deactivate extra'

Changing Multiple Extras

1. Select the desired Extras by checking off the box on the left side of the Extra
2. You can select and deselect all Extras by checking the left box at the top
3. On the bottom pop-up bar, click on the "Change selected status" icon
4. Choose between 'Activate selected extras' or 'Deactivate selected extras'

Deleting an Extra

1. Click on the "Delete" trash icon on the desired Extra to delete it.
2. Confirm you are aware of the consequences of deleting by clicking "Delete Extras"

Deleting Multiple Extras

1. Select the desired Extras by checking off the box on the left side of the Extra
2. You can select and deselect all Extras by checking the left box at the top
3. On the bottom pop-up bar, click on the "Delete selected extras" icon
4. Confirm you are aware of the consequences of deleting by checking off each box and clicking "Delete Extras"

Duplicating an Extra

Click on the "Duplicate" copy icon on the desired Extra to duplicate it.

Duplicating Multiple Extras

1. Select the desired Extras by checking off the box on the left side of the Extra
2. You can select and deselect all Extras by checking the left box at the top
3. On the bottom pop-up bar, click on the "Duplicate selected extras" icon
