To manage general settings for gift vouchers, including email settings and PDF vouchers, select "Inventory" and then "Gift Vouchers" from the main navigation.
Managing gift voucher general settings
On the purchases/codes page, select the "General Settings" tab.
On this page you can manage the following general settings for all gift vouchers:
- Information (such as a title and descriptions, generally for gift vouchers)
- Featured image (an image for gift vouchers, presented on the booking site)
- Expiry settings (the duration of when gift vouchers expire, once purchased)
- Taxes (apply or exempt taxes when gift vouchers are purchased or redeemed)
- Fees (apply or exempt fees when gift vouchers are purchased or redeemed)
- Additional options (including forwarding options such as personalized messages)
Managing gift voucher email settings
On the purchases/codes page, select the "Email Settings" tab.
On this page you can manage the following email settings for all gift vouchers:
- Additional information (include extra content in all confirmation and gift emails)
- Gift forwarding (edit the email subject, when gift emails are forwarded)
You can also preview how gift voucher emails look when sent to customers.
Managing gift voucher PDF settings
On the purchases/codes page, select the "PDF Voucher" tab.
On this page you can manage the following PDF settings for all gift vouchers:
- Appearance (the design of the voucher including logo and background design)
- Message (a default message for PDF vouchers, introducing the value of the gift)
- Additional settings
