Resova - Changing your password
Forgotten your password? You can change your account password:
- In your account
- By email from the login page
Changing your password in your account
To change your password, click your avatar and name found in the bottom left-hand corner of your account underneath the main navigation. From the dropdown menu, select "Profile Settings".
On the profile settings page, select the "Security" tab.
You will need to enter your current password, your new password, and confirm your new password. New passwords must be 6-12 characters long and include at least one number.
Change your password by email
To change your password by email, you will first need to log out of your account.
To log out of your account, click your avatar and name found in the bottom left-hand corner of your account underneath the main navigation. From the dropdown menu, select the "Log Out" link.
On the login page, click the "Forgotten Password?" link. Enter the account email address you wish to change the password for.
Check your emails for our password recovery email. Follow the email and on-screen instructions to change your account password.
