Resova - Activating Call to Book for Time Slots of an Item

  1. On the left side menu, click on 'Inventory', then 'Items'.
  2. Hover over the item you wish to edit, then click on 'Manage Item'.
  3. Then click 'Schedules' under 'Scheduling'.
  4. Click on the desired schedule to manage.

  • On the desired time slot, click on the phone "Activate Call to Book" icon (if the icon is green, it means Call to Book has already been activated, click it to "Deactive Call to Book")
  • Call to Book can be toggled for an entire day by clicking on the "three dots" icon on the desired day, then clicking on the checkbox for "Activate 'Call To Book' for all"
  • Click "Save & Update" to save changes
