Club Booking (Version 4)

• Multi-Activity Bookings - Ability to create Product Offerings with multiple schedulable activities
• Smart Scheduling - Ability to enable our Smart Scheduling function for Product Offerings with multiple scheduled activities. This means it will adjust the order of scheduled activities in order to make more reservations possible. 
• Set Preferred Order of Schedulable Products - Ability to set the order of schedulable activities within a Product Offering. 
• Deposits - Ability to set deposits on a per Product Offering level. Your choice of Percentage or Dollar amount settings.
• Concurrent Product Scheduling - Ability to set specific Products/Activities to schedule at the same time. For example, schedule a party room and activity to be scheduled at the same time. 
• Staggered vs Continuous Scheduling - When the ‘Multi-Activity’ toggle is enabled on Product, the ‘Staggered or Continuous?’ input field is enabled. 
  • Staggered - The activities it is configured to schedule adhere to the ‘Min Time Between Activities (Minutes)’ and ‘Max Time Between Activities (Minutes)’ properties of the product offering. EX: Races will require time between heats.
  • Continuous - The activities it is configured to schedule are created back to back, without any breaks in between, regardless of the ‘Min Time Between Activities (Minutes)’ and ‘Max Time Between Activities (Minutes)’ properties of the product offering. EX: Trampoline Sessions broken down into 15 minute sessions will required 8 activities to be booked into your calendar in back-to-back timeslots to fill a 2 Hour offering.
• Integration with Google Analytics - Sync your Google Measurement ID in our new Integrations tab in ClubDirector. Check out this article for more details on Tracked Events.
• Sell Intercard Game Cards - Ability to sell Intercard Game cards as an upsell or included in a Product Offering Package.
• Sell Semnox Game Cards - Ability to sell Semnox Game cards as an upsell or included in a Product Offering Package. 
• Sell Amusement Connect Game Cards - Ability to sell Amusement Connect Game cards as an upsell or included in a Product Offering Package. 
• Sell Schedulable Add-Ons - Previously, only Non-Schedulable Add-ons could be used in ClubBooking. You can now sell Scheduled activities at full price or a discount to drive more revenue!
• Allow Guests to Reschedule - Ability to enable the ‘Allow Guests to Reschedule' function, and set rules around how many times they can reschedule a particular reservation and how far in advance. This will free up your staffs time to take care of things that really matter. Check out this article for more details!
• Translations & Localization - Ability to add in additional languages to your ClubBooking Webshop so you may service a larger market. Check out this article for setup instructions!
• Exclusive Reservations Created via the “Add More” button will not be recognized as exclusive the ClubBooking - This feature improvement will now include respecting the 'event closure' box on any linked activities in order to prevent overbookings.

Booking Manager

• Stripe Refunds - Ability for our International customers to process full refunds in Director. 

• Support for Multiple Stripe Payments

• Support for Adding Additional Product Offerings on Stripe

Core

• Added a Setting to Make the Date of Birth vs Age Display Configurable - Choose how you prefer to view the customers date of birth instead of age in customer search.

• Add multiple reservations at a time in the 'Assign Schedule' modal - Feature enhancement using the multi-select functionality. Ability to book into multiple activities at once when adding a schedule in the event reservation management modal

• Ability to View All Activity Notes - You can now expand the notes of a all activities on the venue by clicking on the NOTE icon at the top of the window. 

• Ability to Search for Events in the Event calendar - We have added a new button to the Calendar modal labelled ' Find Reservation' to help reduce the time spent looking for a reservation on the calendar. 

  • Search by either 'Confirmation Number' or 'Customer Name'

• Introduced a change that will prevent duplicate instances of the Core API from running - This will alleviate issues such as Double Charges in online sales.

• Ability to Add a Guest to the Queue by Swiping a Membership Card in the Venue Summary -  This functionality was already available in the standard Venue, but we have also added this to the Venue Summary to match functionality between the two modules.

• Added Additional External Refund Options for Reporting - You can now add in specific 'External Payment Types' into the drop-down for more customized reporting. Reach out to support to have additional options added!
