Drive Revenue

ClubBooking 

  • Resource Grouping: Added the ability to configure and sell product offerings that use resource groups (Axe Throwing, Multiple Tracks, Etc.)

  • Gift Card Payments: Added the ability to accept gift card payments 

  • Set Product Offerings as Hidden: Set product offerings as hidden in ClubBooking so they are only accessible through url 

 

 

Booking Manager

  • Create a Booking: Bookings can be created by employees through Booking Manager

  • Take Payment: Card payments can be taken through booking manager or you can email a payment link to guests through email through ClubBooking

  • Add Multiple Product Offerings: Added the ability to add multiple product offerings to bookings created through Booking Manager

  • Take Multiple Payments: Added the ability to take multiple payments on bookings created through Booking Manager

 

 

Core 

Enhanced Intercard Integration: Extends our intercard integration to support timed play, entitlements, and using intercard as a payment method in the Clubspeed point of sale

 

Streamline Operations

ClubBooking 

  • Event Closure: ClubBooking will now respect the event closure setting on the event calendar 

  • Display Booking Information: When managing the schedule for ClubBooking reservations, bookings will now display the confirmation number and purchaser information 

  • Modified Warning Message: Modified a warning message on the check-in screen to make it more user-friendly

  • Display Confirmation Number & Purchaser Name: Added the confirmation number and purchaser name to reservations on the event calendar 

  • Edit Activity Type for ClubBooking Activities: Users can now change the activity type for activities created from ClubBooking when there are no reservations tied to it

  • Sort Bookings by Date & Time: Updated the Check-In screen so that bookings are sorted by date and time in ascending order

  • Show Bookings for Current Date: Updated the check-in flow to only show reservations for the current date

  • Fulfill Multiple Reservations: Added the ability to fulfill multiple reservations while using the Check-In flow 

  • View Checks: Added the ability to click on and view a check when viewing bookings

Booking Manager

  • Reschedule Activities: Activities can be rescheduled through Booking Manager to a new date or time

  • Cancel & Refund: Bookings can be canceled or refunded through Booking Manager

  • Mark Bookings as Refunded in POS: Bookings refunded through Booking Manager will be marked as refunded in the Point of Sale

  • Set Bookings to Expire: Bookings created through Booking Manager will expire based on the setting configured in ClubDirector 

Core 

  • Display Guest Age: Guest’s ages will now be displayed in the guest profile and search instead of their date of birth

  • Security Permissions per Credit Type: Added the ability to have more granular control over editing credits. We’ve added the ability to edit permissions per credit type. 

  • Edit Credit Card Fee: Added the ability to manually edit the credit card fee charged to guests

  • Void All Enhancement: Added the ability to void all and apply the same reason to all voided items

ClubBooking 

  • UI Improvements: Made small UI improvements to the ClubBooking Guest Shop

Core 

  • E-Signatures: Added the ability to allow e-signatures in CS-Registration

  • State Dropdown: Added a State dropdown to CS-Registration to improve the accuracy of guest data

  • Additional Translations: Added translation options for First Name and Last Name on the Add Minors screen of CS-Registration

 

 

Bug Fixes

ClubBooking 

  • Resolved an issue with placeholder reservations when guests add items to their shopping cart

  • Resolved an issue where ClubBooking events were not created with the correct number of guests

  • Addressed an issue where updating the activity type on the venue did not accurately update capacity in ClubBooking

  • When pending bookings are manually modified in the venue, they will no longer be removed by the cleanup job

  • Resolved an issue where the booking service would stop on its own

 

Core 

  • Resolved an issue in the venue where the Start Time was being reverted before saving changes

  • Fixed a discrepancy in the race detail and racing summary reports

  • Addressed an issue where check notes were not displaying all details

  • Resolved an issue where ClubKiosk was not displaying available time slots 

  • Optimized the “GetPartsWarning” stored procedure

  • Added a security permission for manually editing a guest’s waiver status

  • Resolved an issue where deleted reservations were not releasing capacity in ClubBooking 

  • Fixed an issue with the WeKart Integration where guest images and waivers were not being sent correctly. 

  • Long guest names were not displayed when searching for checks in the Point of Sale

  • Addressed an issue where Embed Game Cards could not be assigned a value 

  • Resolved a 500 error when setting the gift card sequence in /admin 

  • Fixed an issue where the event and venue calendar were not defaulting to the current time 

  • Added logging for stored procedure that take a long time to execute

  • Addressed an issue where Briq reservations were not appearing correctly in the venue

  • Resolved an issue where the Total Check Discount was not included in the export of the Sales Summary Report 

  • Resolved an issue in the Garage where kart parts were not always reset to zero

  • Resolved an issue where Semnox game cards were not able to be properly assigned

  • Addressed an issue where dates on reports were not correct when using other culture settings
