Drive Revenue

  • Labor Cost: Display the "Real-Time" Labor Cost
    • Previously, the labor cost report does not update until employees have clocked out. 
    • When viewing a current date, it will now display the cost for employees that are currently clocked in so that operators have visibility on the labor cost % before the employees have clocked out
      • Available in /sp_admin & ClubDirector!

 

Streamline Operations

  • NEW Venue-Summary
    • We've flipped the Venue on its side so you can see more and do more all in one view!!
    • While you still have acccess to the original Venue view, the Summary view will give our Axe Throwing & Simulator customers a birds eye view of which bays/lanes are avialable for booking while also still being able to do all of the Venue actions like scheduling activities & adding guests.

 

  • Present users with new customer search modal when managing queues
    • When tapping or clicking on ‘Manage Queues’ from an event reservation we should present users with the newer style customer search modal. Users should be able to add a batch of guests to the selected queue using the new customer search modal.

      • This will give you more flexibility when creating automated billing for customers.
    • Adding Check Details on the event printout template

    • Event Reservation: Confirmation Popup when Closing
      • A safeguard is in now place when you accidentally click 'Close' on the event reservation window without saving your changes so that you do not lose any of your edits. 
        • Popup will display  “Are you sure? Are you sure you want to close? Your edits will be lost.”
        • 'Yes' or 'No' Prompt to move forward or go back!

 

Enhance the Guest Experience

  • Toggle to show nickname or legal name on Speedscreens
    • Have the ability to display full legal guest names on my speedscreens
    • The Next Racers Speedscreen Slide currently shows Racer Names (nickname), with this toggle you can now choose to show either/or.

New Briq Booking Setting

  • Create Booking without Adding Purchaser to Activities
    1. The waiver enforcement process can be confirmed
    2. The membership/license enforcement process can be confirmed
    3. The booking purchaser is not always participating in the activities being booked

New ClubDirector Features:

  • Instructor Calendar Enhancement for Unavailable All Day Time Blocks
    • When an unavailable all day block is created, it will fill the entire day’s time slots so that employees can easily identify that the golf pro is unavailable.
