New Features, Released September 2022

Drive Revenue

  • Increased the auto-bill product cap from 5 to 25 products
  • Added the ability to accept a wider range of gift card numbers so physical gift cards can be used online.

Streamline Operations

  • Added the ability to send food items to different printers or kitchen displays
  • Added the ability to export the Kart Operations Report
  • You can now configure credits to expire the same day
  • Created a new security permission so that users can require manager approval for overbooking activities

  • Added confirmation messages for when sending an order to the kitchen printer is Successful OR Unsuccessful
  • User experience improvements: 
    • Increased the size of the scroll bar in the new POS flow
    • Increased the size of the category window in HD Mode 
    • Added a more distinct header to the customer history window
    • Changes made prior to navigating away from the event reservation window will now be automatically saved
    • Included the ability to view a guest’s profile and edit credits from the Credit Summary screen

    • Added the ability to navigate to the associated event reservation when viewing an online booking check
    • Users will now be taken to the most recent screen when logging in to the point of sale. 
    • When applying a class-level discount, there will now be a visual indication to illustrate which items on the check are affected by the discount. 
    • Updated the resource selection dropdown menu in the venue and race control so that they are more apparent
    • Removed the Kart label in race control for better visibility of kart numbers

 

Enhance the Guest Experience

  • Added the ability to auto-calculate gratuity for events based on a set percentage
  • Notes from online booking will now be included in the event reservation notes

New ClubKiosk Features

  1. Grouped resources will now be displayed with an improved user interface. For example, availability for multiple axe throwing or bowling lanes can now be displayed under one product. 
  2. Changed the State selection field in ClubKiosk registration to a dropdown menu for data accuracy
  3. Added the ability to display the availability of pre scheduled activities 
  4. Added the ability to print receipts and activity tickets from ClubKiosk
  5. Enhanced the configuration for hours of operation and product specific availability rules so that there can be multiple time segments per day of the week.
  6. Added a countdown timer when guests take their picture during ClubKiosk registration
  7. Added a General Settings section to ClubKiosk configuration for better organization of settings
  8. Added a setting to disable the relationship step during ClubKiosk registration
  9. Updated the relationship step verbiage in ClubKiosk registration
  10. Clicking cancel on a connected Clover device will now take the user back to the Product screen instead of logging them out. 
  11. Updated minor profiles created through ClubKiosk registration so that they inherit the Zip Code from the associated adult profile.
  12. Added a configuration to set a minimum time to book in advance
  13. Updated the Kiosk Cart so that multiple gift card items will appear as one line item
  14. Guests will now display Adult or Minor instead of displaying the exact age on the kiosk

New ClubDirector Features:

  1. Added a new section to ClubDirector for instructors. Instructors can enter their availability through a calendar in ClubDirector. This availability is then reflected in both the point of sale and online booking. As the instructors receive bookings, they’ll be able to view them in Club Director to see a snapshot of their schedule. 
  2. Create user roles for ClubDirector and set permissions for each user role. There are permissions available for every dashboard metric and every configuration page in ClubDirector.
  3. Each dashboard metric and all dashboards can now be exported to excel
  4. The date and location filters set will now carry over between dashboards
  5. The date filter frequency options are displayed when hovering over the trend details of each metric

 

Fixes Addressed

  1. Briq service issue that could lead to overbookings

  2. Date range error with manual custom emails 

  3. Errors when viewing checks 

  4. Pay by link was displaying a different amount than the check total

  5. Custom gift card email templates were being overwritten

  6. Email attachments were not able to be downloaded as a PDF file

  7. Deleted memberships were awarding membership pricing

  8. Revenue class specific discounts were being applied to all line items

  9. Merging customer accounts was causing the birthday to get overwritten

  10. Inaccurate values were displayed when using the Quickbooks integration

  11. In the new POS flow, the notes icon was being displayed incorrectly

  12. The cancel button when prompting the guest to sign a waiver was non-responsive

  13. Game cards purchased through online booking not loading the correct balance
