Waivers are a necessity in any activity/entertainment style business in order to protect your assets, while also informing the customers of the risk to themselves. In this section, we will discuss the TWO areas of Clubspeed you need to make sure are updated with your legal verbiage!
// IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Make sure you are able to Copy & Paste the verbiage into the system.
2. Due to legal liability, Clubspeed staff are not allowed to touch your waivers in any aspect. We can only direct you to proper areas of the system.
3. If waiver text reads Right to Left please contact Clubspeed!
LOCATION 1: /SP_ADMIN
- Navigate to your /SP_ADMIN portal
- Click on Settings
- Advanced Settings > Choose
- Waivers > Choose
- Copy and paste your adult waivers into the top section
- SAVE!
- Copy and paste your minors into the second section
- SAVE!
// NOTES
* You will need to run a test print to make sure the entire waiver prints on a single page. If it does not, it will cut off the waiver. In this case you will add in a page break using the the following tag. ###PAGE### Then test print again! You can add up to 5 page breaks.
* The system will pull this waiver if it is signed through the POS (Minors & re-signs)
ADDITIONAL CHECK BOX
Please add the ##CHECKBOX## tag where you would like to show a check box. All will be required!
It will default show 'Yes', and you can add any additional verbiage after this.
EXAMPLE:
REQUIREMENT: In the /ADMIN the Waiver Settings need to be pointed at the /sp_admin wavier, and not the New wavier.

LOCATION 2: /ADMIN Dashboard
- Navigate to your /ADMIN dashboard
- Open the Registration Module on the left menu.
- Select Waivers
- Copy and paste your adult waivers into the top section & minors into the bottom
- SAVE!
// NOTES:
* If you offer your registration in another language(s), you will need to select the CULTURE drop down at the top, choose the language, and enter in your waiver to each option. Don't forget to save for each one!
* Make sure you have USE NEW WAIVERS selected on the Settings page in order to use this section!
* The system will default to this wavier when signed through the /CS-REGISTRATION page (iPads/EXE/URL)
