Registration Settings

This is where you will set all of your registration requirements on what information you will gather from your customers. This is very important because many assets of your business depend on the information that is collected at this step. Items like signed waivers for insurance, email addresses for your marketing team, and Name & Date of Birth will allow your staff to add them into the appropriate activities.

 


 

 

STEP 1: Customer Fields

 

Navigate to the /ADMIN URL provided by your installer.

Select the Registration >Settings module.

 

 

1. Select all of the fields you wish to display on the registration kiosk, as well as which ones are required.

2. SAVE CHANGES!

 

STEP 2: General Settings

 

We will break this up into 2 sections, top and bottom to explain each setting individually. There are a lot of important settings here, so if you ever have a question on how one of them operates, please feel free to contact support! 

 

 

USE NEW WAIVERS - This will point your registration kiosk to the waivers located in this portal, instead of the waiver in the /sp_admin ... Click here for more details!

CAPTURE PROFILE PIC - Exactly what it states! Do you want customers to take a profile pic upon registering?
WAIVER FONT SIZE - Does your waiver print a small section on a second page, and you want to downsize the font to bring it to a single page? Adjust the font size here! NOTE: You must select the above setting to Use New Waivers in order for this to work!

DEFAULT COUNTRY - If you want to know if you have international customers, you can set your native country as default so your locals won't need to adjust this drop down.
ENABLE FACEBOOK - This is to turn on the register with Facebook option

ENABLE WAIVER STEP - Turn this on so your customers can read and agree to your waiver terms & conditions.
Facebook URL - When you turn on the Enable Facebook option, it will give your customers a chance to LIKE your page without being redirected to FB's website.

SHOW TEXTING WAIVER - If you are using the Speedtext feature, you will need to enable this setting so they can agree to receiving the text messages when their activity is about to start.
ENABLE CHECK-IN - Do you have returning customer's attending a party/event? Have them check-in at the kiosk and select the event they are participating in! This will save your Cashiers a lot of time.

TEXTING WAIVER - We have given you a default text option, but feel free to edit it as you wish!
ENABLE EVENT REGISTRATION - Customer's will be able to select the event queue they belong to the day of the event. If you supply them with an Event Code ahead of time, they can select 'I have an event code'... Again, this will save your staff a ton of time!

EMAIL CHECKBOX TEXT - If you would like to adjust the verbiage on the Email consent check box, add it here or in the translations section.

 

 

 

ENABLE SIGNATURES - Turning this feature on will allow your customers to digitally sign the waiver. This will save to their profile and be available for printing just in case their is an incident and insurance is to get involved.

SOURCES SORT METHOD - Do you want your marketing sources in the "how did you hear about is drop down?" sorted by Sequence (the order in which they were added to the system), Random, or Alphabetical?
AUTO PRINT WAIVERS - Do you need a hard copy of the waiver with all of the customer's information? Then turn this setting on!

* Show Privacy Policy - GDPR setting that is required in the EU, but any country can take advantage of this!
MINIMUM AGE TO REGISTER ONLINE - This registration kiosk is considered 'online' since it is shared over the internet through your downloaded EXE or iPad app. It can also be sent out to customers for pre-registration of events. Set the youngest age allowed to register to participate in activities at your facility!

* Privacy Policy URL - The URL in which you privacy policy is located on your website. This way, if your customer clicks the link it will frame the page into the kiosk.
ADULT AGE - Set the Age that a participant does not require an parent/guardian's signature.

* Show Email Checkbox - to hide the email consent checkbox in Step 2 of registration.
ENABLE ADD MINORS - Skip entering in each child's information separately by turning on this setting. Then, the parent/guardian will only need to enter the child's name and birthday. The system will then copy all of the adult's information, including waiver signature, over to the child's account. This can be done for several children at a time!

* Consent to Emails by Default - If checked, customers by default consent to receive marketing emails . They will be need to un-check the box to not receive emails from your business.
ALLOW MINOR TO SIGN - Do you need the minor to sign the waiver? Yes, then turn this on, otherwise leave off, and the system will skip this step.

DISABLE E-MAIL FOR MINORS - Does your local law not allow you to capture a minor's email address? Then enable this setting and the system will block this field for any participants younger than the ADULT AGE setting.
MINOR SIGNATURE WITH PARENT - If minor is required to sign the waiver, and also needs the parent to sign then enable this setting.

STEP 3: Customizations!

Below, you can upload a different Background & Header image, or get extra fancy and upload custom CSS or JS file!

  • Background Image must be a JPG. Recommended size: 1034x728 pixels. 
  • Header Image must be a PNG. Recommended size: 1000x100 pixels.

 

 


 

STEP 4: Review Your Changes!

 

Now that you've made all of your edits, you probably want to see what it looks like in real life!
