Payroll Report

Now that your employees are clocking in and out for their shifts, you're probably wondering where you can view the payroll report. This report is going to be located under the HR tab.

 


 

Where can I find the Payroll Report?

// In the /sp_admin under the HR tab 

 

 

Sort and filter your lists with the below drop down options.

 

  1. Sort by First / Last Name
  2. Select a Date Range
  3. Select Decimal or hh:mm format (12.21 or 12:21)
  4. Select a Specific Role, or show all
  5. Select a specific Employee name, or show all
  6. Click Run

 

You also have the option to hide any of the columns you do not wish to view by deselecting any of the check boxes. then click Run again to filter the report.

 

 

// Let's review what each column is on the report.

 

 

First off, above each section you will see the employee's name and start date. This way, you know who's timestamps your are reviewing.

 

  1. DATE - of time stamp
  2. TIME IN - The time employee clocked in
  3. TIME OUT - The time employee clocked out
  4. HOURS/WEEK - The total hours worked for the week as of that date
  5. HOURS - Total hours worked for that timestamp range
  6. RATE - The amount your employee earns per hour
  7. STD - Standard number of hours worked
  8. OT1 - Number of Over Time hours worked
  9. TOTAL - Total amount earned for that timestamp ( Hours x Rate)
  10. EDITED BY: If the time stamp is edited, that employees name will be listed here.
  11. CLOCKED IN AS - The role that employee was clocked in as for that timestamp
  12. EDIT - Where management can manually edit a timestamp for employee, or Delete!

 

 

NOTE
This report does NOT calculate taxes, medical, benefits, etc. You will need to export the report to excel and then upload it to your payroll system.

 

 

At the bottom of each report is an additional report that shows the overall totals for each role that was clocked in for the time period you filtered.
