Reduce overhead, increase deal closures, and give your guest a more secure and improved experience in paying for their events. You can automatically include a link in your email templates so your guests can pay online for their events and parties!

Step 1: Email Template
// Log into /sp_admin > Settings > Advanced Settings > Event Mail Templates
- If you have an existing email template you would like to add the link to, select it from the drop-down list and add in the new tag below.

- Create a New Template specifically for your event deposit requests. Link to article on creating new templates here!
- Templates can be designed for Text messages (Simple Text), or Email (Images, etc.)
- NOTE: Text option requires Twilio Account Setup. Follow steps 1 - 4 here!
Step 2: Send Payment Link to Event Guest
// In the POS > Event Calendar > View Event Reservation
Send Link Via Email
- From the Mail Form or Contact button, select the template that has the Pay Link embedded.
- Select: Email
- Click Send when ready!
Send Link Via Text
- From the Mail Form or Contact button, select the template that has the Pay Link embedded.
- Select: Text
- Click Send when ready!
Step 3: Enter Payment Amount
// You will be prompted to enter the amount to request for charging.
- Enter the deposit amount
- Click OK to send
When your Customer clicks the link, they should see the payment screen to enter their details along with the amount.
Once they have completed the payment, it will automatically update the check in Clubspeed.
