The new POS Flow provides all your necessary booking tool to one screen

Step 1: New POS Flow Explained

 

Orange Section - This is the new customer bucket

Yellow - Add or remove any of your venue calendars to this main screen

Green Section - Click the + symbol to add a new activity or event to the corresponding calendar

 

Step 2: Adding Customers to the Customer Bucket & Creating new activities all from one screen

  • Customers already in the queue can be added to the bucket, OR you can search directly for customers who haven't registered yet using the familiar functions of the Add button shown below:
  • Click the + symbol highlighted in Green  as shown above to create an event or activity to add to the venue calendar  

Step 3: Assign multiple customers to a single event, or multiple events simultaneously 

 

In this example we're adding multiple guests to the Axe Throwing event, then we are adding Clark Kent to multiple events at once.

  • Highlight multiple items by holding the CONTROL button and clicking each item you wish to select
  • This method works to select multiple customers to populate one or more events 
  • Have a large group? Simply click the top member of the group listed, hold down SHIFT and select the bottom member of the group, ALL names in between be highlighted and selected!
  • REMEMBER: Any activities that are highlighted WILL be assigned, make sure only desired activities are highlighted

 

Step 4: Adding and removing Calendars from new POS

The new Calendar function allows you to navigate multiple venue calendars all in one place.

 

 

  • Click the small calendar icon highlighted in Yellow as shown above
  • Calendars on the left are your available options
  • Calendars on the right will be displayed on the new POS main screen
  • Minimize a calendar on the main screen by clicking the small arrow in the left corner of each calendar
