New POS Credit Flow

In the new POS flow, seeing guest credits has never been easier. Assign guests to activities requiring credits, then check for all the required credits with just one click.

Step 1:  Assign guest(s) to a new activity

 

Once your guests are in the customer bucket, choose the events they would like to register for.

  • You can now select guests and activities to assign all at once as explained in further detail in the New POS Flow article.

 

Step 2: Click checkout to be taken to the new credit screen

 

This table shows which activities assigned require credits, and which guests need additional credits to participate.

 

  • Notice the table provides the credit information for every guest, and categorizes by credit type
  • If the credits are sufficient the numbers will appear in green
  • If additional credits are needed, the number will be red

 

Step 3: Check number of credits for every guest all on once screen.

 

Once all the activities are assigned, the system will notify you if there are insufficient credits for any activity.

 

  • The bottom categories will only show items that are associated with credits
  • Click the appropriate activity category to show 
  • When you double click the activity, it will automatically assign the guest that needs the credit
