Marketing Sources

This section is to list all of your marketing sources, so you can see how your customers are finding out about you.

 

With this information, you can email a targeted audience based on the source they selected, or maybe you see that a certian source is not being selected much and now you may pull the budget for that marketing source. 

 

These will show in the Registration kiosk as a drop down under " How did you hear about us?"

Where can I Add/Remove Sources?

 

In the /sp_admin > Setting > Advanced Settings - Click Choose  to Open

In the second drop down, select Sources - Click to Choose to Open

 

To Add a New Source:

  1. Click the 'New Source' button in the top right of the screen.
  2. Enter a name
  3. Save!

 

To Disable a Source:

// This will hide the source from customers, but the data will stay in your reports.

  1. Locate the source you would like to remove, and click the pencil icon to edit
  2. Under the enabled column, uncheck the box
  3. Save!

To Remove a Source Permanently

// If you want to completely remove a source from all reports.

  1. Locate the source you would like to delete
  2. Click the X under the Delete column, and confirm.

NOTE: If you delete a source that has already been in use, you will be asked to select a new source on any customer's profile you view/edit in order to save.

 


How can I re-order the source list?

 

You can re-order the source list by clicking on the blue arrows in the Move column. You will need to click the arrow for every position you would like for it to move up in the list.
