Is one of your terminals frozen? No need to call support, you can log it off from a different terminal all on your own!
Step 1: Clubspeed Menu
// From a different terminal (POS or OFF or PIT)
- Click on the Clubspeed logo in the top left corner
- in the new window, click on CONNECTION TROUBLESHOOTING
Step 2: Log Off Other Sessions
// Click the tab to Log Off Other Sessions
- Find the terminal in the list
- Click Log Off!
- You should see that terminal shutdown in a few seconds.
