How to View a Guest's Profile?

In this article we will go over how to view & edit Guest's information. There are several different places you can search and view a Guest's profile from your POS, but in this example we will show you how to accomplish this through the Venue.

Step 1: Start in POS

// Once you are logged into your terminal (POS# or OFF#)

  • Navigate to the Venue Module
  • Click on the ADD+ Button on the top of the screen

 

Step 2: Search Guest Name

// By default you may search by First Name and Last Name

  • The drop down menu on the left will give you the options to search by please choose preferred method 
    1. Racer Name
    2. Company Name
    3. Email Address
    4. Phone Number
    5. Card ID
    6. Address
    7. City
    8. State
    9. Zip/Postal code
    10. Country
    11. Birthdate
  • Once you have selected your search type, enter the details in the open field, and click Search


 

 

Step 3: View Profile

// You will now see the list of names in the left column.

  • Click once on the respective name, to highlight it.
  • Then on the right side menu, click VIEW
  • You may now view all customer account details


 

 

NOTE: If you need to edit the Guest's Name (first or last) or Birthdate. Make sure they resigning the waiver! This is the only way it will update that VERY important information on the waiver. If the waiver is not resigned, then it will not update the changes you have made. Think of that signature as your SAVE button!
