OVERVIEW
There are two ways to schedule a Race Event on the venue. In this article, we will show you how to schedule the event directly on the Venue!
Please create your Heats & Event in order to schedule the event on the Venue!
1. From the Venue module, make sure you are on the correct Venue/Track, then select a time slot on the venue schedule by clicking just one time to highlight the slot.
2. Now, in the Center Menu, click on the New Event Button. A new window will appear!
3. You will want to fill in the basic details of the event in order for it to populate correctly.
| Event Name | This will show up in the registration drop down for 'What are you here for?" so guest can register directly into this event's queue, as well as on the Venue & Race Control. |
| Event Type | Once an event is 'made live' from the /sp_admin, it will show here... Select the event you'd like to schedule. |
| Number of Guests | Enter in the number of guests that will be participating in the event |
| StartTime | This will auto fill based on the time slot you selected on the Venue |
| Duration | This wil auto-populate based on the number of heats and guest and block of this amount of time on the venue. You can adjust this as needed to add more or less time. |
| Online Registration | You will only need this if the guests are going to be |
4. Click SAVE when done!
Your Venue should now look similar to this event.
