How to Print/View a Waiver

Accidents happen, and being able to print your guest's signed waiver to attach to your report is crucial. Follow the steps below, to learn how!

Step 1: Access the POS

// You will need to be onsite, and can link to a Network printer installed on your CS server

  • Navigate to the Venue
  • Click the ADD+ button at the top of the window
  • Search for guest's account

 

Step 2: View Customer's Profile

// As long as you can see a digital signature in the bottom right corner, you can then print the signed waiver.

  • Highlight the Guest's name on the left column (Customer Search Results), by clicking on it one time
  • Then, click on the the VIEW button on the right column

 

 

Step 3: View / Print Wavier

// If you have more than one printer installed on your Clubspeed controller, you can choose which printer you'd like to print to, or simply click the Print button if you plan to use the default printer. (Please contact Clubspeed if you do not have a printer installed on your controller)

  • Click on the PRINT WAIVER button on the right side of the guest's profile
  • OPTION 1: Click Print Waiver
    • This will print the the default printer installed on your Clubspeed controller.

 

 

  • OPTION  2: Click 'View Waiver' on Main waiver
    • Click the printer button at the top of the window.
    • Then select which printer you would like to print to.


 

 

 

 

OPTION 3: If you are offsite, you can email support@clubspeed.com and the team can manually pull the file from your controller and send it back. Please provide the Guest's First & Last Name, as well as Birthdate, so they can ensure they have the correct account.
