How To Customer Combine Accounts
The proper steps to combine a customer's account
Step 1: Search for the to be deleted customer profile and select it.
Step 2: Click on combine
Step 3: Search for the second profile you need it merged into.
Step 4: Hit Click "OK".
Step 5: Confirm the pop-up message (this will merge the accounts)
Step 6: Confirm the second pop-up message (this will transfer all check history of the first account to the second account):
Step 7: Search for the second account and confirm the merge was successful to view the final product.
The first profile will be deleted and the information will be transferred into the second profile. Credits should be brought over. Contact information should be the same as the main account
Activity History/Race History does not get transferred over as it would be impossible to calculate Proskill/RPM properly fairly from 2 separate accounts combined into one. The Credit History would be the same thing, the only thing that would transfer over is the actual credits themselves.
