Do you have a small cafe that is able to customize food items? If so, then this product type is for you.
When you add a Food item to a check, it will prompt you to select all of the toppings/food modifications the customer would like, or you can leave a note for the cook. You will then be able to forward these items to a thermal kitchen printer so your cooks know exactly what to make.
// Before creating your food items, you will need to add in all of the available toppings/food mods for your menu in the Sub Items section of Advance Settings. Click here to set these up!

How to Create a Food Item
// On the Products tab, select the Category your item will reside in, then select 'Food Item' from the drop down on the right, and click 'Create New Product'. Fill out the Item Details as you would a Regular Product.
- From your list of topping check the boxes of the topping that are applicable to that Food item.
