How to Assign a Customer into an Activity

OVERVIEW

 

Now that you've sold your customer their race/activity, lets add them to it!

 

 

Step 1

// First, lets make sure you have an activity added to your schedule to add your customer into. Always make sure you are set to the correct Venue Calendar, by clicking on the drop down at the top!

 

 

  1. In the Venue, click on any open time slot (I've selected 10:45). 
  2. Click on the NEW Activity Button at the top of the screen. <or double click time slot>
  3. In the Schedule Activity window, select the activity you'd like to add to the Venue. (I've selected 5 Min Race)
  4. Click OK

 

Step 2

The customer's names should be in the Venue Queue. 

If you don't see them there, please add them now using the ADD+ button at the top of the screen.

 

  1. Click on the Venue
  2. Click activity time slot to highlight/select
  3. Click on customer's name
  4. Then Assign... Or double click on customer's name

 

// You can now see the name of the customer added to the 4:08PM activity queue in the bottom right window.

 

How can I select a group of people, and add them into several time slots?

You can add Multiple Customers to Multiple Activity time slots at the same time!

 

// Multi-Select

  • Simply hold down the CTRL key, select all customer names & activities, then click the Assign button at the top!

 

 

 

How can I select a group of people in a row, and add them to back to back time slots?

// Select All Multi-select

  • Want to Select ALL? Select the top name, hold down the SHIFT button, and then click the last name!
  • For those of you with Trampoline/Ninja/Ropes/Lasertag Course centers, this is how you will enter your customers into consecutive activity slots.

 

 

 

  1. Click on the first time slot you want to add your customers into, and hold down the SHIFT button on the keyboard, then click the last time slot.
  2. Now, let go of the SHIFT key, and hold down the CTRL key instead. Select each of the customers from the queue.
  3. Finally, click on the ASSIGN button at the top of the screen!

 

// You can now see that the Availability for each time slot has gone down from 13 to 5, and you can see the customer's names listed below.

EASY PEASY, right?!
