This article will dive into the features and functionality of the Enhanced Venue Summary

Step 1: Overview
// Here is the view of the Enhanced Venue Summary
- Resources are displayed on the left hand side from top to bottom.
- Default display is 15 minute increments
- Scroll right and left to cycle through the time of day
- Choose a new date on the right hand side calendar
Green - No need to switch between venue calendars, you can see all of your offered resources on one screen.
Purple - We now have our Venue Queue to the right, where users can add & remove guests, as well as search through the queue for specific guests.
Orange - Here we have the buttons we will be using, most are familiar, and a few are new. We will get into the functionality of each button below.
Blue - These are your calendar controls, increase and decrease the number of resources shown either with the + or - buttons or uncheck the resources in the top right corner.

Buttons Under the Queue
Search Queue |
This is a new button designed to help the user more easily navigate the queue. You can now click the search queue button and start typing the name of the desired guest. The list will then filter depending on the letters you type. |
Add Guest |
Same button, new location! The new ‘Add Guest’ button functions just like the ‘Add’ button on the venue. Use this to add guests to the queue. |
Remove Guest |
Remove Guest also functions just like the ‘Remove’ button on the venue. Use this to remove guests from the queue. |
View Profile |
View Profile functions the same as the current venue as well. |
Create Profile |
Instead of clicking the ‘Add’ button to search for a customer and then clicking ‘new’, you can now click the ‘Create Profile’ button to skip those steps. |

Step 3: New Features
Search Queue
Click the Search Queue button and it becomes a text field where you can start typing to filter out the guest you are looking for. Once you are done searching you can click the black x and the text field reverts to the original button.
Activity Details
Hover over the desired activity to view quick details
Drag to Reschedule
You can drag your activity left or right to adjust the start time. Don’t worry, the system will not let you drag over an existing activity!
New Guest Queue Location
Click on the desired activity and you will automatically see the assigned guests, click the queue tab to switch back to your guest queue and add guests with ease.
