What to do When You Receive a Booking

I have received an online booking, what do I NEED to do?

Good job! In V1 not all the necessary information is synced to Clubspeed, so please go to your Briq.app portal and login.

  • Click: Bookings

  • Find the booking, the newest booking is always on top of the list. If you found the booking please click on it.

  • Review the following sections:

    • Notes: are there any notes left by the customer in the funnel? If yes, please take action on base of the question / remark left.

    • Payment: did the customer paid the booking? If yes, please bring the check manually to Clubspeed.

    • Non scheduled products: did the customer add any non scheduled products / extra’s? If yes, please bring them manually to Clubspeed.

  • Check the scheduled program, is it alright? If not, please edit it in Clubspeed.

  • Everything alright? Klik booking unchecked, to mark it as checked for your colleagues.


I want to change an originally online made booking in Clubspeed, is that possible?

Of course, that's possible. You can always change a booking in Clubspeed, if this affects the capacity this will be automatically synchronized to the Briq inventory. Please notice: You cannot change an existing booking in Briq, it will not sync to Clubspeed.


I want to cancel an originally online made booking in Clubspeed, what happens with online inventory in Briq?

It will update automatically. You cannot change of cancel a booking in Briq, it will not sync to Clubspeed. The booking will still have the active status in Briq.app, because there is no booking sync from Clubspeed back to Briq, but it doesn’t matter because Clubspeed is your leading operational program.


I received a quotation request, what should I do now?

It was impossible for Briq to complete this booking online, because the group size is too large for one timeslot of the activity in the booking. We have already collected the personal information and wishes from this customer, so that you can get started prepared with this request. Please contact the customer to make a final booking and create a booking for them in Clubspeed.
