This report is very simple! When you first select the report, it will only show you 'N/A' for both 'Customers Total' &
'Waiver Signed'. once you have have clicked the 'Run Report' button you will be prompted with a notice that this may take a minute to load. Go ahead and click ok.
The purpose of this report is to show you the total number of account in your database, compared to how many of those accounts has a signed waiver on them. Don't worry if the numbers don't match though. There could be duplicates, test accounts, Team accounts, etc that wouldn't require a signature on file.
