If you have chosen to use the Email Function in the CS /sp_Admin, the Unsubscribe Report will keep track of all guests that have chosen to unsubscribe from future email campaigns via our 'unsubscribe link'.
If a customer is concerned the system did not receive the preference update, your team can search for their info here.
