Similar the Race Lap Time Report, the Unregistered Racing Detail report logs all transponder crossings over the timing loop that are not during a race, or not assigned in a race.
This report is helpful to know when a kart is running on the track, but not in a race. Scenarios include, but not limited to the track team fixing the barriers, taking a new kart out to a customer on track that may have 'broken down', or even running test laps on the karts. This obviously requires for the kart to drive over the timing loop in order to be logged, so it will not 'catch' all unregistered kart(s) on track.
