Product Definition

Tripleseat is an event management platform that provides venues with the tools to track leads, create contracts, and manage large events. This integration will enable a two-way calendar sync between Tripleseat and Clubspeed. The sync will include:

1. The start and end date of the reservation

2. The event name

3. The resource(s) reserved for the duration of the event 

4. The ability to reschedule or remove reservations in both Tripleseat and Clubspeed

*All synced reservations will have a status of DEFINITE in Tripleseat. 

*All synced event reservations from Tripleseat are marked as CLOSED in Clubspeed

Integration Limitations

1. In Tripleseat, users are unable to update the resources selected for “Add More” reservations originating from Clubspeed

2. When rescheduling a reservation in Tripleseat to a different Clubspeed resource, none of the details on the Clubspeed reservation will be copied over with the exception of the event name

3. When creating a reservation in Tripleseat, any details on the reservation will not be passed to Clubspeed. 

4. When changing the name of an event in Clubspeed, it does not update the name of the event in Tripleseat

5. Any overlapping events in Clubspeed will break the link to Tripleseat

   1. In Clubspeed, the reservation must be created on a non overlapping time slot. 

6. If an overlapping booking is created in Clubspeed, but is then moved so that it does not overlap, it will still not sync to Tripleseat. 

7. Does not support multiple cultures.

8. Does not support Tripleseat setup/tear-down times

9. Only supports reservations in Tripleseat with a status of “DEFINITE”

The Tripleseat Integration adds value to our customers by accomplishing the following:

1. Expanding our integrations - Tripleseat has more than 3,000 customers using their software for event management. By completing this integration, we are providing our customers with an integrated solution to track and manage their corporate events.

2. Increasing operational efficiency - With the two-way calendar sync in the Tripleseat integration, we can eliminate the overbooking of resources and ensure that the event team staff and the employees that use the Clubspeed point of sale are on the same page. Current customers on both platforms look at both calendars and try to sync them manually to the best of their ability. With this integration, we’ll be able to streamline this process and significantly reduce the manual work.

Software Requirements

The Tripleseat integration is supported on Core Software Version 22.1 or later.
