SSK - ClubKiosk Freezing AFTER Selecting Package

This Article is for when a package is selected on SSK, and then it freezes when the times are shown/before a user can select their time.

This is due to Cache/Cookies present in the web browser of the Kiosk.

  • Step 1: Go to the Web Browser on the SSK Device
  • Step 2: Clear Cache/Cookies/All Web Browsing History
  • Step 3: Test to Confirm it is Working Again

Step 1: Go to the Web Browser on the SSK Device 


  • This will usually be Edge but can be any web browser that they are using.

Step 2: Clear Cache/Cookies/Web Browsing History

  • Clear the data within the browser, see below Screenshots for how.

    Step 2A: Navigate to settings.

            

           Step 2B: Privacy, search, and services > Clear Browsing Data > Choose What to Clear



            Step 2C: Select "All time" for the Time Range.

                Make sure to check the following: Browsing History, Download History, Cookies and other site data, Cached                             images and files.


                Use the Clear now Button

            

            

Step 3: Test to make sure that the freezing no longer occurs.

  • SIgn into the Kiosk under a test user or make a new test user, and then attempt to load the package that previously was freezing.
