Within the Clubspeed POS/PIT terminals, your staff members are able to use the live messenger app to keep in touch. For security purposes, we have added a log on these messages. You are free to remove them as needed, or CS support can turn the function off all together!
From the POS
As a user logs in, they will be able to select the SpeedIM button next to their name.
The messenger window will appear and then they will be able to select the staff member they would like to message.
When the button turns blue, they will know they have a message waiting for them!
In the /sp_admin
> Reports > Operations > Speed IM
