Show Cashier Performance

This setting works great for products you wish for your cashiers to promote, especially if they earn bonuses for the amount they sell. When you turn this feature on (per terminal), upon login your staff will be able to view their total sales for the week of the items you have selected.

 


 

Step 1

Decide which Items you would like your staff to keep track of. 

 

Examples:

  • Memberships
  • Special Promotions
  • Events

 

 

  1. Start in the /sp_admin
  2. Navigate to Settings > Advance Settings, Click choose to open
  3. Show Performance Items, Click choose to open
  4. Select Products you'd like to show your staff, and save!

 

 

 

Step 2 

Enable the Performance Report window on specific terminals

 

  1. From the /sp_Admin
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Select 'Control Panel' from the drop down, click Choose to open
  4. In the second drop down, select the first terminal you would like for the Performance report to display on: POS1, POS2, POS3, etc. , Click choose to open
  5. Scroll down to the "ShowPerformance" setting, and click the pencil on the far right to edit.
  6. Check the box, and save!

// The MainEngine will need to be reset in order for this setting to go live, so you can either reach out to support to manually restart it, or it will restart automatically the next morning (6am local time).

 

 

Step 3

Log into Terminal, and view performance!

Close when done

 

 

 

// They can also see the total Quantity of sales next to their name in the top- left section of the terminal.

 

 


 

How can you view Cashier Sales for any date range?

 

From the /sp_admin, navigate over to the Reports tab and select the Product Summary report from the Sales section.

 

Now, in the filter section, change the second drop down from 'By Classes' to 'By Employees' ... Select the dates you wish to view, and then hit run!

 

 

 

You can now view each cashier's individual sales
