Removal Of Old Drivers/Re-Install Procedure

1. If found, run C:\Windows\SigPlus\Unwise.exe with Custom option and remove everything.
2. Search and delete all sigplus.ini files system wide.
3. Search and delete all sigplusnet.dll that are NOT in C:\ClubSpeed
4. Install new SigPlus.exe (version 4.4.0.24) package (http://www.topazsystems.com/software/sigplus.exe  or https://www.sigpluspro.com/ to find Model), following Remote Procedure (http://www.topazsystems.com/software/SerialTS.pdf) with following settings:
   1. 750SE Model
   2. T-L
   3. COM1

C:\SigPlusRoot.ini required for Registration/ActiveX component (and updated Terms.js file)

Also, make sure C:\Windows has a SigPlus.ini file
