Price Levels explained
This will go over Price Level setup and how to use Price Levels to give adjusted pricing to customers with Memberships or people of interest. (Military, First Responders, Corporate Partners...etc. )

Step 1: Create Membership Price Levels
// In order to auto-assign the Price level to the guest's account, you will need to first assign the PL to the Membership
- First, start by creating your Memberships (Article here)
- Keep in mind the price point you will give to each type of Membership.
- Example: Bronze (10% Off)= Price Level 2, Silver (15% off) = Price Level 3, Gold (25% off) = Price Level 4
- Depending on the discount, you will need to manually calculate the price for each product & level.
- Save!
- Example: Bronze (10% Off)= Price Level 2, Silver (15% off) = Price Level 3, Gold (25% off) = Price Level 4
- Keep in mind the price point you will give to each type of Membership.
Step 2: Set Product Price Levels
// You can edit an existing product, or create a new product!
- Now click on the Products tab
- LOCATE EXISTING PRODUCT: Click on the pencil button on the respective product

- Add a value to the price levels you would like to use.
- SAVE!

Normal (Full Price) | Price | $100 |

Step 2: Selling a Product with a Price Level Setting
// Here is how Price Level product price change will look like in the POS
- Begin by selling the membership and assigning it to the respective guest.
- Now that the Membership & Price level is assigned to the guest's account, you can assign the guest to any check to receive the discounted total
- Note: That the discount will be applied to the entire check. and any products that contain a Price level other than Full Price, will be adjusted accordingly.
- You can assign the guest to the check at any time to apply the price level. (Before or after adding items to the check)
- To assign the guest to the check, click in the Notes area of the check, and in the new window, click on Swipe Card. Now, search for & assign to a guest
- You will be prompted with a notice "This Customer has price level #. Would you like to apply this to the check?'
- Click Yes to apply the discount
- Click no to pass, and pay full price
- Add Products to check and you will see the discounted prices applied.
*Notice that now the Clubspeed POS is now charging the customer a discounted price of 12$ instead of 15$
