Manaully Resetting POS Printer

If the cash drawer is not opening, and/or the printer is not printing. You will get an error stating 'posdrawer1 is busy or not connected, please restart and try again'


Option 1:

This happens if there is more than one session open for the POS. To clear out multiple logins:

Click on the club speed logo in the top left corner of the POS, 

click on "cannot connect to printer/drawer", 

Then keep pressing the "clear cache ID" or "clear printer" button until it greys out.

// You can also check the Logins Tab for multiple POS logins.


Option 2:

You can also manually reset the printer by turning it off, 

hold down the feed button

turn the printer back on, keep pressing the feed feed button until it prints out the printer details 

// Let go of Feed Button

then tap the feed button one last time until it spits out the ABC's. 


This should clear out any multiple sessions!


Option 3:

Printer is NOT receiving a Network Connection!

Please check all cables and ports are firmly plugged in.

// You can try swapping out the cables, or plugging the current cable into a different network port.
