CleanCash Find the DIP switch settings and confirm serial port settings (used for Moxa setup in next step). Connect Cleancash via serial port to Moxa and power on.  Moxa Connect to network, cleancash and power on.   From the moxa webpage admin: - Set moxa as a TCP Server on port 8888 - Set the serial settings on 9600 8/N/1 (to match Clean Cash DIP Switch settings)  Testing At this point you can use Putty to Telnet to the Moxa's IP:PORT. Type "TEST" and press enter. The CleanCash should give back an error: "" If it does not, there is a problem with the communications between the Moxa and Clean Cash device. Check the serial settings and DIP switches.   There is also a Clean Cash Service Utility that can be used if connected to a COM port on the server. The file is attached to this document.  DatabaseIn the FiscalPrinters table: Create a row Type: cleancash (posnet scu100 are other types) IPAddress: <IP of Moxa> Port: <Port of Moxa, typically 8888> RunNumber: 0  

In the "ControlPanel" table:
For each POS, set the following settings:

  • POS<#>:FiscalPrinterID (from FiscalPrinters table, usually "1")
  • POS<#>:FiscalTerminalName (typically the name of the POS, "pos1")
For MainEngine, set the following settings:
  • MainEngine:OrganizationNumber (in format: "123456-1234")
  Settings you can leave alone:
  • MainEngine:FiscalPrinterServiceIpPort
  • MainEngine:FiscalPrinterServiceTimeout
  • MainEngine:FiscalPrinterTestModeOn
In the "Taxes" table (for Sweden): Ensure each "Taxes" item has a VAT ID (example below):  Test
  1. Restart Main Engine and Terminal.
  2. Login and run a test transaction
  3. Receipts should have the organization number and a fiscal code printed with no errors reported in the Point of Sale interface.
