How to Resend a Gift Card to a Guest Who Hasn’t Received It

If a guest didn’t get their gift card, you can easily resend it by following these steps:

First you need to log in to the customer server were they-re having issues

  1. Open the browser and paste the link below and download the file

  2. Once downloaded, unzip the file.


  3. Run the .exe file.
  4. When prompted, enter the Check ID for the gift card you want to resend.

  5. Done — the tool will resend the gift card to the guest automatically.

If the guest still doesn’t receive it, double-check the email address and have them look in their spam folder.
