How to manually send an Account Verification Email
If a customer has emailed Support requesting access to documentation, please follow the steps below!
Step 1
From your Freshdesk account, click on the Contacts Icon

Step 2
Search for the customer's account. They should have a RED exclamation point next to their name. Click name to open!
Step 3
Click on the 'Send Activation Email' button.

// You can let them know the email will be coming from support@clubspeed.freshdesk.com with the subject line of 'Clubspeed user activation'
