How to Enable Time Zone Display for Customer Events. (Resova)

Resova allows you to display the event time zone to customers when they view events. If this setting is disabled, customers may not see which time zone their bookings are scheduled in. This article explains how to enable the “Show customers the time zone on when events are taking place” setting.

  1. Log in to your Resova admin account.

  2. Navigate to General Settings.

  3. Select Locale and Formatting.

  4. Locate the setting labeled “Show customers the time zone on when events are taking place.”

  5. Enable (toggle on) this option.

  6. Click the green Save and Update button to apply the change

Once enabled, customers will be able to see the time zone associated with events, helping avoid confusion around scheduling and event start times.
