How to Credit a customer for a race
Occasionally you may need to credit a customer for a bad race experience caused by complications during operations, faulty equipment, or any reason you deem necessary. This article will tell you how to do so.
NOTE: You may need to be a manager or require someone with manager privileges in order to accomplish.
- Go to the Venue Module
- Click on the customers profile (either from the race they were in, or click on the "Add button" and search for the account)
- Click on the view option
- Click on the Race Credit in the center
- Click "Edit Credit"
- Click on the numerical + or - options if you need to add or remove points (you will be adding if you are crediting the customer)
- Once the value on the right is correct, and you added necessary notes (optional), press Save
- The customer now has a credit on their account to use the next time that they come in.
