How to Credit a customer for a race

Occasionally you may need to credit a customer for a bad race experience caused by complications during operations, faulty equipment, or any reason you deem necessary. This article will tell you how to do so. 


NOTE: You may need to be a manager or require someone with manager privileges in order to accomplish.

  1. Go to the Venue Module
  2. Click on the customers profile (either from the race they were in, or click on the "Add button" and search for the account)
  3. Click on the view option
  4. Click on the Race Credit in the center
  5. Click "Edit Credit"
  6. Click on the numerical + or - options if you need to add or remove points (you will be adding if you are crediting the customer)
  7. Once the value on the right is correct, and you added necessary notes (optional), press Save
  8. The customer now has a credit on their account to use the next time that they come in.
