How to Create a Survey
ABOUT: Survey
A Survey is defined as a research method used for collecting data from a pre-defined group of respondents to gain information and insights on various topics of interest. For most companies, they want to know how their customer's most recent experience was while visiting their facility, whether it be for an event or a specific activity. In this article, we will cover how to setup different types of Question & Response Options.
Create a Survey
In the Admin Portal of Club Speed, locate the Survey tab on the far right.

From this tab, you can create new surveys, manage them, and see individual analysis of your customer’s feedback.
First, let’s create a new survey to send out by clicking on the Create Survey button. Then, give it a name!

Add Questions
Now, you can add in your questions by clicking on the 'Add questions to this survey" button.


Type in the question
Select how the customer will answer
Save
Response Options:
Text Box – Is for short-simple answers.
Multi Line Text Box – Is for when you want your customers to be able to write you comments, questions, and concerns.
Radio Button- Is a voting mechanism. (i.e. What’s your favorite race event?)
Drop Down - Is for set answers. (i.e. Yes or No)
Check Boxes - “check all that apply”

Publish Survey
Next, Click on MANAGE SURVEY. Select Survey from drop down.
If this is the Survey you want your customer’s to receive on every receipt make sure to “Make Default” and “Publish Now” to make it available.
