How to adjust the “Most Popular” items in the system.

Keep in mind: The list cannot have a specific display order, and it cannot contain more than 5 items.

If the customer requires a specific order or more than 5 items, this would need to be submitted as a feature request.




4. Solution:

In the SP_Admin portal, locate and note the Product IDs for the items you wish to mark as “Most Popular.”

Access the SQL database in fbo.control panel.

Go to the Terminal Name: main engine.

Locate the entry for hardcodedPopularItems and add the Product IDs for the selected items, separating each ID with a comma (up to 5 IDs).

After making the changes, restart the main engine to apply them.
